Love the ease of the drop off & pick up. My only criticism is where do you find the price list for the services? That should be a screen to select the items to be cleaned, the number of items and the cost.
I've been coming here for years and the customer service has always been amazing. I do appreciate the convenience of being able to get my clothes 24/7, but I miss the face-to-face smiles I used to get with the counter service. The seamstress did an incredible job and was able to fix my dress which had a hole - you couldn't even tell once she was done.
Great price, zero human interaction, excellent customer service. I received the notification of my items were ready to be picked up when I was on my way to the airport flying out of town. I called the customer service line and was told that my items would still be there after I returned in 10 days. That put my mind at ease and I appreciated it a lot for that.
