I have not used a dry cleaner facility for years. I was totally surprised at the technology of this dry cleaners. Everything is automated. Efficient, quick, clean and amazing. Yes I had an issue… my last name and phone number had changed and I could not figure out how to change my information. Picked up the phone and asked for help. Was connected to a human and she changed my information, sent me a verification of changes to my phone with a code. As soon as I answered the text… my account was updated and I was in. 4 days later I got a text to pick up. Smooth as silk.
Want an effortless & efficient & excellent dry cleaner? This is the place! The store is void of humans & is all automated. Had a jacket that had spots on the back and they were GONE! Beautifully cleaned and the shop is clean. Highly recommend!
Love the ease of the drop off & pick up. My only criticism is where do you find the price list for the services? That should be a screen to select the items to be cleaned, the number of items and the cost.
