Overall had a pretty good experience with Paragon. We had signed our contract last February and hopes that we had have everything finished by the summer sadly that didn’t happen. There were some hiccups on the way which I was very understanding of the only reason I docked a star is because of Emiliano. Emiliano is a pompous jerk and he almost lost them our contract because of his attitude. The first time we were set to dig to get ready for the pool, Emiliano had everything set up and then we found out all too late that we didn’t have a permit and totally extenuating circumstances around that. Tommy and Brent are the best we had a couple of bumps with pavers but Tommy took care of it. Just to clarify the pavers were defective from the manufacturer. Great people to work with. I would use them againService: Inground pool installation
