Sure, you may get someone on a day they shouldn't be at work coz they're being a jerk, or you shouldn't have came because you're being a jerk. It happens.

But in the last three years, every employee at the Lake City VA has been nothing but wonderful to me, and I no longer get stressed out when I have to go.

“I continue to be almost awestruck when Dr. Esprit time to time he will hit on characteristics in my care that other practices maybe should of picked up on. I will however not name, names or medications here only that he Dr. Don Esprit is great. I had an unfortunate hiatus from his care by another office.
