It took 13 months to build our home and we so many problems with the house. We have electrical problems plumbing problems drywall problems. We were not supposed to have grout on our tile floors (and paid extra for it) and our tile is grouted. Our rear patio ceiling fell down and half of our windows and doors aren't caulked. These are a few of the problems we have to contend with. When we complained it took over a year to get someone to address the problems. Our kitchen cabinets are pitiful. We are waiting 4 months now for a door to be replaced.
