I had a young man by the name of Chris come out this morning to snake my main line. He was super nice and very professional. No matter what kind of questions I had he answered them. He was very efficient and quick with his work. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues you may have.

We have only used their services twice. That said, i really can't say enough good things about this business. Nor the people who run it. Always under budget. Always prompt, honest, efficient, courteous, timely, and professional. They really live up to their nom de guerre: Dependable plumbing. They really have been dependable. Get the picture I like these people yet? No, things certainly did not always run as smoothly as planned. We experienced some setbacks and delays. Yet, they always kept me fully informed and stayed on point. Offering me remedies to get thru each strategic issue. They tolerated my displeasure with my current A.O. My water heater went bad last night around midnight. I called Dependable Plumbing this morning around 8am and Leah was super she told me to send her my information and she would see what she could do as I live out of their service area (Macclenny). Steve gave me a call around 12 and I was up and running with a new water heater by 3. These guys are truly a service to the local and surrounding communities.
