“Overall had a pretty good experience with Paragon. We had signed our contract last February and hopes that we had have everything finished by the summer sadly that didn’t happen. There were some hiccups on the way which I was very understanding of the only reason I docked a star is because of Emiliano. Emiliano is a pompous jerk and he almost lost them our contract because of his attitude. The first time we were set to dig to get ready for the pool, Emiliano had everything set up and then we found out all too late that we didn’t have a permit and totally extenuating circumstances around that. Then a couple months later, Emiliano tells us we’re ready to dig again and get started and I inquired if we actually had a permit this time around and it turns out we didn’t Emiliano did not seem to understand why we were upset that he put the cart in front of the horse not once but twice. Once is understandable But doing the same thing again he couldn’t seem to comprehend why we were frustrated and instead of trying to make his wrong right he decided to get pissy and tell us he would just refund our money which made us feel like very unvalued customers when we were giving them $100,000 of our hard earned money. All of the construction guys were absolutely amazing. We even ended up having a freak accident where one of our pipes underneath the sun shelf burst, and they made sure to get everything fixed in a timely manner (after I quit trying to communicate with Emiliano and went straight to Dylan. Once again, we can see the common factor in the issue trying to deal with Emiliano was like trying to talk to a fence post. He did not seem to understand that there was obviously something wrong). Dylan and his guys are great! I highly recommend this company, especially if you can avoid dealing with Emiliano“
