Caring Hands was recommended by my primary vet when they were booked out 2 days. They got me in the same day and took such great care of my Shih Tzu puppy. They gave him a fully packaged treatment plan that gave me so much reassurance that my pup would be alright. This morning they also called to follow up on how he was doing which I greatly appreciated. The staff was nothing but kind and extremely helpful with my many questions. I wanted to thank this practice and all of their staff for helping our cat Milo. I made an emergency call suspecting my cat had a blockage and they had me immediately bring him in and had a room waiting for us when we arrived. They worked very quickly and kept me updated every step of the way with Milo’s blockage. His case was not easy and I made the decision to transfer him to another hospital in Gainesville for a surgery. Everyone was very understanding and even gave me suggestions and information packets on hospitals where I had the options of going.
