“I recently visited the Grand Floridian Spa for a massage, and while the treatment was excellent, the check-in and check-out process was a bit chaotic. The spa itself is charmingly unimposing, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The massage was top-notch, delivered with great skill and professionalism. However, the front desk seemed disorganized, and I even saw a cashier chase after a guest who walked out without paying. Despite this, the overall experience was relaxing and rejuvenating. With improved administrative processes, this spa could be exceptional.“

“Hindolo gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. It wasn’t tender but I don’t do tender. I left feeling my body was stretched, my muscles seemed to breathe and my headache, which I’ve had for several months has gone, in one session!
At the end of the session, Hindolo showed me how to work on certain areas to relax my muscles when back at home.
I also felt that he considered all my requests for being kept warm, so the massage table was kept warm and I was covered with a blanket.

“I had a Brazilian sugaring wax with Zhone, and the experience was incredible! From the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted warmly by all the staff and she was immediately ready for me. My sugaring was super quick and painless too. I was literally in and out the door (including standing in line to pay afterwards and all) in 20 minutes flat! Overall, this is an excellent location and I will definitely be back whenever I am in Orlando.“

“I have been here twice already and both times they were not insanely busy. The techs are very nice and understanding and try their best to make your experience comfortable and easy. The shop is very clean! The pedicures are amazing and they never cut my cuticles too far (like other places ive been to.) Jennifer did my french tip full set today and she was awesome. “Now located at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista, this spa is a must stop from now on with each visit to Orlando. The staff is exceptional! They are kind, friendly and professional. The packages can't be beat. We were in town for a half marathon and the last time we did one, we were in a lot of pain the days following. Decided to see if a massage would make a difference. Boy did it! The next day I felt great. We got sports massages which really worked our muscles. It hurt so good while I was getting it and I feel fine the next day. Also got an express facial, foot massage (great goodness) and our hands dipped in paraffin which left them so soft. While we waited we could take advantage of a foot massage machine. Can't recommend them enough.“
