“I was a bit skeptical at first making a reservation for my two pets after reading the comments and low rate on yelp, I have used many boarding places & some are really expensive! but this place is really nice, friendly and quality for money $13 per night! I went and had a tour, it was really clean & nice, it didn't smell bad like some other places I've been and they gave me options to see if I wanted my pets together or in separate cages. The room was nicely laid out, light + airy, fans on, some dogs was playing together, they was really taken care of. I always go on instincts and I trust this place to leave my frenchie and yorkie. I'm updating my review, I picked my dogs up and they seemed fine, Benny was actually eating more! They called after we got home to see how they was doing. Great place“

“Visiting from Tennessee and staying at the KOA in Davenport Fl. Winston and Walter got terrible sick with diarrhea(bad-worst ever). I can’t say enough about St.Charles staff, I called at 3:45a.m. 2/13/24 and was helped with great support and went on in to get both boys examined and treated.Went back 2 days later and the staff was so so welcoming and gave me so much peace and help for my guys.
