I cannot think of a more capable and kind individual than Dottie. Miss Dottie permed and style the hair of both my great grandmother Bert Miller and my granny, Benne Dougan, since 1997. Benne just recently passed away and up until her passing she sang Dottie’s praises. Lady Lake is lucky to have such a hardworking and talented stylist.
