That’s it! A City dock! Good value, nice stop to check out the small town…made a slip reservation through Dockwa, but don’t expect dock help…other boaters are always great for help.
We stayed overnight Dec 27 on our Cape Dory Trawler 28. We were the only boat there. When there was a problem with a tripped breaker a city worker came immediately to fix it. There are no facilities unless the library across the street is open, but water and electricity is all we needed. The area is beautiful and easily walkable with our dogs.
Great place to stop for some quick repairs. Water, electric, library, etc. only drawback is the homeless people that live under the bridge/ at the park. A guy came up to my boat, introduced himself, then pulled out a bag of crack and lit up. He offered me some and wouldn’t leave the dock until around midnight. Felt very sketched out waiting for him to board my boat all night, ready to fight if needed. Next morning at 7am he’s still out there… Seemed like he was scoping out my boat!
