Went to this urgent care with my husband Michael. The front desk Rep Maria was kind and nice and took her time. Once done with the front desk, about two minutes later the nurse Julianna called him back and was very attentive, not rushed to talk to us, once she did what she had to do the NP came in. NP Lucie was very pleasant and took her time to thoroughly examine Michael. Once done she referred him to visit the emergency room. Overall, the staffs here was AWESOME.
I came to this urgent care facility yesterday because of a severe stomach ache that had been bothering me for a few days. The pain had reached its peak during my lunch break at work. Luckily, my health insurance app provided information about nearby in-network urgent care centers. Since I had an hour-long drive back home, I was unsure if I would be able to make it back safely. The staff at the urgent care center noticed how much pain I was in and quickly accommodated me. They checked my vital signs and offered me water. Excellent. All the staff is very friendly, smiley and respectful. They have the knowledge to answer every questions. Doctor July is excellent, she shows a lot of humanity and professionalism and the nurse is very kind and professional. Great experience. Highly recommended.
