Maria is very professional and passionate about her job ,she patiently explained what my nails really needed. She made sure to explain how she was going to clean my cuticles and which tools was going to be used. I have witnessed a customer being so disrespectful to her and she really did a great job maintaining her cool, smile and professionalism. She's the face of VIP Nail Louge.
First time coming here and I absolutely loved pedicure done by Maria. She is very dedicated and meticulous cleaning the cuticles and dead skin. I really enjoyed her massages and she is also very kind giving me advices for daily care. Excellent service!
Went in to get a pedi. I got a new nail tech. She didn't speak English but we understood each other for the most part. I could tell she is new to her job because she did not complete my pedi in all the right steps. She cleaned trimmed then polished my toe nails. The polishing always get applied last. Next, she must've realized she forgot to wrap my feet in parrafin wax so she did and finally massaged my feet and legs. Don't know why but she took a nail filer and filed my toe nails again after it was already polished. In the end I gave her a good gratuity anyways and got talked into getting waxing and threading services done by what seem like the nail spa owner. I left...read full review
