They were very professional and came right out. They answered the phone when others went straight to their voicemail or just rang and rang and never answered. The young man who came out his name was Jackson he was very kind and courteous. He was very truthful and explained everything in a very clear manner so we could understand what was wrong with our air conditioner. When the news was Dire, they gave us a way to finance so that we could get a system that was working and in reality much better than the system that we had previously installed with sears. Graham Heating & Air was absolutely amazing. I had a leak and they came out on a Saturday. The technician, Gavin was a life saver. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and worked to set up a mitigation plan for us. I HIGHLY recommend Graham for your heating and cooling needs.
