I do not recommend this office, the patient service is extremely poor when the priority is how much money they are going to receive and not the medical care of a mental health patient.

Unfortunately punctuality is not their strong suit. I made it 20 min early to my appointment paid my copay in advance as they requested and then I waited for over an 1hr in the waiting room until I finally got tired of waiting a got out of there. Couple minutes behind is understandable a full hour with no explanation is unacceptable.

My experience with most of the staff has been fine. At least they answer their phones which is a struggle with other clinics... my experience with Dr. Putlori started out hopeful but then went downhill. After experimenting with a few different meds it's like he gave up on me. Didn't look like he cared anymore. A few times I was there I saw a different Dr, without notice they just had him taking apts to keep things moving & I really wish they had warned me because I did not like seeing that guy, I wanted to see the Dr who knew me. Towards the end I was offered a genetic testing to see what meds might work well for me. The new female Dr gave me an estimate off her head...read full review
