I am so pleased with our service !! The pricing was super competitive, Heather was always available when I needed her and the guys did a phenomenal job! We had our ducts completely changed in the middle of the summer because it was an emergency. I recommend Polar Express to anybody who needs HVAC work and will only be calling them in the future !
Polar Express Air Conditioning came highly recommended by a current client - and now I can tell you as I am now current client - their service is awesome. Heather responded after hours and made me feel better right away. My issue was not so urgent as I still had cool air blowing - but they still scheduled me right away. It was a pleasure seeing Derick work as he went well above and beyond to diagnose and fix the issue on the spot. I'm very happy with the experience working with Polar Express Air Conditioning and highly recommend them to anyone!
From the time I was referred to Polar Express from a neighbor I refuse to use anyone else. They’re always available, they troubleshoot over the phone when they can, they are timely, honest and reasonable. They service both my small business and my home units and I trust no one else.
