I really wanna take the time out to a customer service rep leisha if I'm spelling in right...well we need more reps like her the patience was unbelievable cause my spouse was going insane about knowing what going on with her account with out the careless reps that seemed just been trying to get on to the next customer.....this company can have more potential if more reps where like leisha. It was a very bumpy road with a few obstacles due to an ex employee that rushed through and messed up a lot of things. But John Rivera came in the last minute and did a lot for us. Never gave up on us we finally closed on our first home. We're are very happy with everyone involved. They all went above and beyond for us. From me and my fiance thank you John Rivera and everyone who helped us God bless you all.
