I've had them for two years I've had no problems at all they actually get my referrals out faster than doctor I've used. Dr Del ROSARIO is for sure professional he takes my feelings into consideration and has a conversation with me about my options.
They have always given excellent service, but for about 3 months there is no way to get communication by phone to the office. They changed the method and it has been a total failure. That also includes the number they have to call the emergency Dr. NO SERVE, there is no way to achieve communication. I have been trying to communicate for 3 days and they hang up the call after waiting on the line for a long time.
Dr. Ortiz is the best. She's accurate, kind, best of all she's knowledgeable, in our opinion. We travel about an hour to see her though there's other doctors which take our insurance across our home. 100% recommended.
