Horrible, horrible office staff! My doctor was amazing, but the office staff is Terrible. I am a veteran and was sent here through Community care and they refused to work with my case manager to get the needed authorizations. I left NUMEROUS messages for their VA coordinator and she never returned one of my phone calls. I was only able to speak to the office manager one time and she promised to resolve the issues… She never resolved the issues and also refuses to return any of my calls. Again, my doctor was amazing and I hate that I am not able to continue my care with her, but the office staff had made that impossible.

Horrible, horrible office staff! My Dr was awesome but the office staff are terrible. I am a veteran and was sent here through community care and they refused to work with my case manager to get needed authorizations. I left NUMEROUS messages for their VA coordinator and she never once returned my call. I was only able to speak to the office manager once, she promised to get the issues fixed... never resolved the issues and she never returned any of my calls. Again my Dr was amazing and I really hate that I cannot continue my care with her but the office staff have made that impossible.

I've been to this place twice already. And it's exactly like 1 person said they take your money and they rush you. I am so.Unhappy, unhappy and satisfied With this office. This is the worst experience i've ever had with any doctor.
