From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring all our questions were answered and our concerns addressed. The vet took the time to thoroughly examine our pet and explain every detail of the diagnosis and treatment options, making us feel truly involved in the care process. Excellent service and very professional staff. Dr. Jay was very kind, seeing our sick budgie/parakeet. Unfortunately we lost him the next day ??.This vet offers normal appointments and emergency appointments AND looks at many different animals.
