It was pretty good. They were able to figure out what was wrong with me. The doctor was really nice and so was the second person who took care of me. The guy who took me back for my initial check made me feel uncomfortable.
I liked the free coffee option, the Milk Cream product should be improved, for the "cortadito"?The overall service was adequate, I would have liked an option to receive Drug Test results from urine.?
The staff here is amazing. Extremely thorough with their care. I had an injury at work back in April, and Concentra did not believe a word I said, using my one time opportunity to change physicians with workman’s comp I came here and received all the care I needed and more. The staff is amazing and the facility is clean. Coffee and tv in the waiting room also.
