Opal Spa - Sunset Key Cottages

My husband and I came for the anniversary to get a couple of massages on Valentine's day, we try to make our reservation with a month of anticipation, and was kind of hard to communicate with the resort every time we call or send a mail nobody answer them. But we did it, was a nice place to go in the pretty sunset key, the beach is nice and different on that side of the key. Our massage was for an hour and both of us enjoy it a lot. They are professional and very delicate I get the pregnancy massage and my therapist was gentle and nice. The spa is nice but I will love to have a little more amenities with the packages.

Wonderful experience! The check in process is straight forward! The boat to the island runs timely. The cottages are well maintained and grounds are well kept. Staff is courteous and accommodating! The only thing that would be nice is a coffee bar in the am or resort activities throughout the day. The ice cream treats in the afternoon are a sweet touch along with the welcome bag in your room. The sunrise and sunsets are not to be missed. Always a seat on the beach or poolside available with clean towels. Expensive but worth it - will be back!

Such a beautiful romantic private setting. I have a timeshare in Hawaii and have vacationed there 8 times...this resort tops anything I have experienced for a relaxing , fun and extremely personal getaway. Only a short resort ferry ride to and from Key West where everything goes...but here I can relax and feel like I am in Hawaii.
