Chelsea is one of the nicest nurses I've ever had. I'm super nervous with needles and she has always made me feel comfortable and now I can take my shots like a champ. She's always cheery when I come in and makes me feel like I'm her favorite patient everytime. Thank you for being amazing!!

The office is so nice, clean, and welcoming. Chelsea the medical assistant is absolutely amazing!! She is always there when needed to answer any questions. She's overall very kind, sweet and helpful.

Dr. Piniella and his staff are amazing. The wait time was about 10 minutes. I got in and they informed me that I would be getting tested that same day. The process was smooth and easy.

Dr. Carlos Piniella is the Founder of Piniella Asthma + Allergy Center - Key West. Launched in 1993, Dr. Piniella’s practice now includes 4 locations covering Dade and Monroe Counties. He also established Homestead Medical Research in 2014 to pursue his love of research, where he now serves as the CEO and Director of the Asthma, Allergy, and Biologics division. Dr. Piniella is dedicated to S. FL and continues to serve in the areas of patient care, research, and teaching. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
