We had a pipe burst in our store and had to shut off the water to the entire store until it was repaired. After calling many companies, most of which don't even answer their phones, Gary's not only answered the phone, they understood the urgency of getting someone out here right away and within an hour, the repair was completed and we had water once again. The tech even noticed a loose tank on the toilet and tightened that down as well.
