He used all vinyl trim outside to minimize future maintenance and pressure treated wood for framing. The hardwood floor in the addition matched perfectly with existing floor and was a seamless transition. Due to long wait time for the hurricane window, he reinstalled the old window allowing us to get into the room and came back to install new window as soon as it arrived.
