I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and all I can say is, WOW! It feels like I found my tribe. I’m always greeted with smiles and laughter when I walk in. Help is always there when I need it and the gym has everything I need. It’s clean and very well managed. The only downside is the machines take a moment to get fixed when they break (due to stupidity) but they usually get someone here on the island within two to four weeks to repair. There training sessions are worth the money and they really aren’t expensive at all. This has been the best gym experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been tempted to go elsewhere, but the treatment is never the same....read full review
Since Kyle left it has been a complete disaster, there are never supplies to clean the equipment, the gym always has a bad smell, and the trash cans are always full. Certainly, the gym needs more equipment, but if the above is added to that, it is too much.
I went in today to renew my membership,Kayla was super sweet, helpful and understanding, she made sure to offer me a convenient rate for the time I couldn’t attend the gym due to a leg injury.Happy to be back :)
