I would give 10 stars if allowed. Quick return phone call on a Sunday for a drain backup, arrived 15 minutes later, fixed the problem. Thank you. I've also used them in the past for non-emergent issues. They do a fine job.
Been here in the Keys 40 years & am in construction business. Bayside plumbing & Jeff never judge my husband's bad "new fancy plumbing" choices, all to be ripped out later; except the tall toilet. 3 toilets, 6 sink faucets, 3 dishwashers later & about 5 emergency visits in 20 years, they don't judge. And I have a dozen plumbers to whom I can pick from that are my clients, Bayside is NOT my client but the only one I call when I need a safe great contractor. Quick, clean, kind & very reasonable prices.
I had an emergency on Mother’s Day evening where a pvc pipe cracked and within 10 minutes of speaking to them, Jeff Of Bayside was there. I think what took longest is when he had to go to the shop to get the right size pvc pipe…literally it was done in less than an hour! Super courteous, professional and very fair pricing considering the timing. I will definitely use them again!
