“I’m so glad I found Key Basis!! I had spent the whole night with food poisoning symptoms and was very dehydrated. I couldn’t even get up from bed. I texted them to see if they could accommodate me into the schedule and they said they could at 8pm at night which worked for me. The nurse that came, Emily, was very nice and I loved getting to know her a bit. She was gentle and explained everything to me. I felt so much better after the IV and it definitely helped me recuperate faster. I would recommend them and use them again.“

“I came here for a short trial facial, and found this place to be calming and relaxing. I did the 30-minute facial without extractions, which costs $100--which is on the pricier side and more of a splurge than a need. I felt like the session was a bit shorter than 30 minutes, but I still left with glowing and refreshed skin. The rooms are a little small, but they still feel cozy. There's a parking garage attached to the building, which is super convenient.“

“I had a fantastic experience in both my consultation and my treatment with Karlyn! She spent a great amount of time listening to my concerns and explaining the different treatment options that suited them best. We decided on RF microneedling with PRF, which was great! The Stylfirm X is the RF microneedling machine they use, and Karlyn explained why they chose it over other models. The treatment went smoothly including the skin numbing with the assistant at the beginning, the blood collection for the PRF, and the actual process of the microneedling. We had fun chatting during the roughly 1 hour it took, and I felt very well taken care of. I am happy with the current results and looking forward to seeing them improve with time, as PRF is known to do. The office is friendly, warm, and welcoming, and Karlyn is patient, kind, informative, and super friendly. Very happy overall!“
