Recently sold two undeveloped lots to Unity Development. They handled the transaction professionally and maintained excellent communication and follow up from start to finish. I was completely satisfied with my experience working with them.
Working with Unit Development was a smooth process. From the offer letter to walking us through the transaction process and timeline, their operations team members kept us informed. A week before the closing date, we were sent the closing package by their title company and once signed and notarized, we closed on time. Overall very happy with their service.
