I feel very lucky to have found this little gem of a Pilates Studio during my 3 month stay in Key Biscayne. They offer a variety of different Pilates style classes ranging from more traditional to more innovative. My favorite class was Hardcore which utilizes the jump board. Shout out to Breanne Marley- an amazing instructor. I can’t sign off without mentioning Francine, the owner. Francine is the bright light of the operation . She is a phenomenal instructor/educator with an enormous amount of knowledge and passion for her work. That’s why I wasn’t surprised to find out that many of her clients have been coming to Code of Life since Francine started her career over a decade ago. I’m definitely coming back next time I’m in town!

Their therapeutic massages are unlike any other. I used to get deep tissue massages somewhere else, and while they were enjoyable, they didn't really go deep enough to address the pain in my problem areas. Excellent 50 minute massage performed by Abel yesterday! He was very kind and attentive, asking me how I'm feeling and how the pressure of the massage was. I asked for firm pressure and to focus on my upper back and neck on my intake form and that's exactly what he did which I appreciated a lot because I've been to many spas where the massage therapist seems to not even read the intake form! After my massage Abel gave me a paper with a few product recommendations to promote relaxation, which was very nice! My advice is to ask for Abel and get the 80 minute massage as 50 goes by in the blink of an eye! While visiting the spa you also have access to the locker rooms with showers, bathrooms, beauty bar complete with hair dryers, shampoo, etc, a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The attendant in the women's locker area, Gigi, was super kind and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, she was great! Besides the incredible staff, the ambience of the spa is nice but pretty underwhelming. My mom and I both noticed that the jacuzzi located inside the women's facility had very uncomfortable seating. For example, some jacuzzis are fully tiled on the inside so you can sit on the stairs or the seating but all is tile and flat. The jacuzzi at the spa had a prickly plaster-like interior on the seating, steps, and bottom of the hot tub that was very uncomfortable to sit on so I didn't spend long in here. The outside jacuzzi by the adult pool is much better. While the overall ambiance and decor was nice, like I said I felt underwhelmed. The service was incredible but I wish they'd do more with the space!

I "had" a sore knee (not anymore!) before I went there and through your outstanding yoga rituals, I improved my knee and overall physical strength in just a few short days. I highly suggest anyone can improve and enjoy Ritual Yoga's program for mental, emotional and physical health. Very reasonably priced for unexpected results. A miracle!
