This was my 4th visit. However I didn’t realize if you don’t like the color you can’t change. This happened to me today. The color I picked didn’t look anything like the sample very streaky and didn’t look good. So I asked to please change I would pay for any inconvenience. The owner Kim who was painting my nails. Started yelling at me and became very aggressive. Stating the amount of work she has to do to start over and that last time I wanted 3 coats. Well same thing the polish was streaked. I've been getting my nails done at Natural Nails since 1999. Kim and Daniel are professional, kind, curtious and I never worry about cleanliness! I won't go anywhere else for pedicures, manicures or acrylics!

Been going there for nearly 20 years. Best service of any place I've been. Price are great. They are more about you walking away happy, than pushing product you don't want or need. Highly recommend.
