This is THE waxing spot !! I’ve been going to Melisa for the past 4 months and I’m not going anywhere !! For my first brazilian (in a LONG time) she gave me the whole run down and made me feel very comfortable. We were done in 30 minutes but it felt like less time !! Pam is one of the reasons I stayed in Kendall area, she always responds quickly to DMs, and truly helps you decide what’s best for your hair. She also doesn’t play, bc time equals money and she be busy, so expect to get all that your looking for during your visit and if something is missing she’ll make sure book you on another day for that perfect finish. My recommendation is to book your next visit right after your initial visit so that you are locked in. Make sure to call ahead of time to cancel, my bff is a hairstylist in Cali, I know the struggle! This place is everything. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by this amazing clean smell, it’s so cozy and beautiful. Maribel the manager, was so welcoming, as soon as she saw me starting to wonder, she was quick to ask if I needed help, and she was so sweet to walk me to my suite since I didn’t know wish way to go.
