Once construction began the installation crew headed by Carlo were nothing but a class act- through, detail oriented, polite and professional. With almost 40 windows and doors to install, the work took weeks but throughout the time the crew did everything to make us comfortable and informed. Good oversight by Jay, project manager who was onsite almost daily- keeping us appraised of the project- now the work is complete and a final inspection visit by Kevin closed the loop, reassuring us that he’s always available for any future concerns or questions. “Our window install was a we had scheduled. The installer was on time and stayed on task of the job. He was able to finish in the allotted time of what our install was scheduled. Had to have screened door screens tightened up and secured onto the rails, but the service guy that can't to do that was great too!“
