UPDATE: These good people, and I mean that, not hyperbole, got back to us, came back to the house, and made it right. On top of that the owner called to personally offer an apology for the original work AND is insisting on providing a full refund. This company truly has earned a 5 star review. My partner is considering the offer but, you know, I'm against taking the refund. Small businesses need all the support they can get and since the work was done to the standard they set, I have no problem paying them. Truly, this is how you do business folks.
