New to area and found Dr. Shim through my vision plan. Dr. Shim and her team are fantastic! She did not rush me through appointment. She answered all my questions and concerns and even provided insight/ advice that I had not received before. I needed an emergency pair of glasses due to loss of my current ones. Her front staff was able to help me solution a pair to take home as well as order a permanent pair. She went above and beyond to help me. Excellent customer service.

Love going to this office, The staff is amazing and helpful from checking in to checking out. Jadah is very thorough with her exam and super friendly. Dr Shim is the best Dr I’ve seen, I have always had problems with my eyes and other eye doctors could never get it right, But Dr Shim never rushes she takes her time until we get it just right for me.

Dr. Shim and Ms. Nicole are the best on the field. If your child needs a Dr and a vision therapist that care, this is your place. The whole team is so nice and accommodating.I'm forever grateful to them for treating my daughter with such care and profesionalism.
