Dr. Westcott honestly cares about her patients and you can feel it. My doctor for years, but my mom was a new patient with lots of concerns. Dr. Westcott spent the necessary time to fully examine my mom’s eyes and explain all the different factors causing my mom’s vision issues. We left feeling happy and with answers. I had a little bit of a busy time so I had to wait a little, but it wasn’t terrible. The doctor I saw was great and so was the rest of the staff. In all my years, this is the clearest I’ve ever been able to see and for the first time 20/15 vision. They handled getting my insurance info and even figured out the best way for me to get glasses and contacts for the best price using my benefits. Definitely recommend also, they have big tall glasses, not something I find very often that they carry those for people like me.
