Great experience! Ran into problems with email app on iMac. Called and Alex fit me in on schedule with short notice. Did remote service appointment with Jason who walked me thru the repair. Ended up wiping hard drive, reinstalling OS and then restoring from Time machine backup. Great customer service and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!
Genius!!! Jason is so in tune with our tech world today he knows it all!!! Could not live w/o his help and expertise. If the wheel had not been invented he'd be on it! No kidding! This guy is AMAZING and has saved me more than once. The BEST!
I needed to update my MAC OS. Jason encouraged me to give it a try on my own but a glitch in my dated OS prevented me from doing so. I ended up making an appointment at Ubermac. Jason was really nice and his service timely. Thank you.
