Terrible. DO NOT USE. They were my AC for several years and when I had a hard to figure out problem, they were not helpful, less than helpful. Didn't want to come help and then made the problem worse when they finally came out. Ignored my calls to come make it right. A different AC Co fixed it correctly the first time. Come to find out several of my other maintenance issues that went on for years, went away when I got a different AC service company. Drain stopped clogging, Compactors stopped going bad, etc. Such a shame.

This is my third time using Travers. So easy from start to finish. Called them at 7:00 am, new air handler was in before I was even home from work. Thanks Tim and crew!
