Poor customer service, lack of consideration towards people, all appearances and no substance. The only good I can say is that the doctor was good and understanding towards my health issues. I am looking for another medical facility.
I am very disappointed with this practice. Since My Care Medical took it over, their "care" has gone steeply downhill.
I can't even get normal prescription refills in a timely manner. Last week it took 3 calls to the Medical Group for refills on generic drugs. My problem now is a specialized compound prescription cant/won't be refilled (supposed to start tomorrow) because the prescriber is on VACATION! It seems her patients are on hold until she comes back.
Even worse is the fact that I had chest CT scan several weeks ago. I discussed with my doctor before hand and she agreed to share results with me as soon as they came in. I am still waiting because she is on...read full review
