Immaculately clean facility with excellent knowledgeable staff. I have been going for over 6 months now and am in the best shape of my life. The results speak for themselves. It's not cheap but it's well worth it!

I was anti-gym until I used the free sessions to check out The Exercise Coach. In 6 months my doctor couldn't believe my much improved blood test results. No other gym has what they offer and no other gym can beat it. I have core strength that keeps me healthier than what regular gyms and coaches offer.

This is a great studio with excellent staff. I initially signed up for in order to get strength training to help with my osteoporosis and back issues. I have continued to train at Exercise Coach for over a year because I enjoy working with the staff, the location is clean, convenient and uncrowded and I know I will always be guided to improve. The program is like nothing else and I highly recommend it!
