Long time Sculpt Shopper. All the instructors bring their own flavor to the reformer classes. The new space is awesome. The strength and conditioning classes are an added benefit. No matter the class I always end up with a good burn. Highly highly recommend.

Chris is such an amazing coach! I’m not gonna lie—I’d heard he was tough, so I was a little hesitant to try his class, but now I feel like I’ve been missing out this whole time. All the coaches here are amazing, but Chris is truly next level. He’s very knowledgeable, and while the workout is tough, it’s totally doable. His is super motivating and thoughtful with the music. You leave feeling like you got the absolute most out of your time

I really enjoy working out here. It is incredibly challenging and I am always sore. This isn't like "pilates" this mega-former studio is a full body workout with focus on your core. You will sweat, you will build muscle, you will get cardio. They also have a group fitness area in the back. The owner is great and all of the teachers are amazing and creative with the movements on the machine. Highly recommend, lots of parking. FYI the entrance is in the BACK.
