Schrapper's has exceeded my expectations in every single step of the process. This includes the initial design consultation, the incredibly thorough in-home visit (where they analyzed our style, lighting, and meticulously measured everything), and most impressively, their ability to source and communicate with all the necessary contractors needed - from demo and carpentry to electrical, tiling, and painting. They handled the complete project management, making the process stress-free. Their commitment to client satisfaction was proven when we encountered an unexpected setback with the custom manufacturer we initially chose. Without hesitation, Schrapper's moved our entire project to a higher-end manufacturer at absolutely no additional cost to us as a courtesy. This level of customer care is simply unmatched. The team has been in continual communication with us and the contractors, and they’ve been incredibly patient and understanding of my needs and total ignorance of the renovation process. Finally, their showroom is gorgeous, and the owner, Keith, is always around to help projects move along. Schrapper's remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom, laundry room, and two secondary bathrooms. The design work was exceptional. The rooms are very clean design, balanced, symmetrical where appropriate, and all functionality was addressed in the designs. We are very pleased with the results.
