My wife and I did paint a few rooms, but after we saw the quality of work that Talbot did, and the professionalism of ALL the painters, I would have had them paint everything. “Diversified Roofing completed the job without any key issues. Following the signing of the contract work commenced in the seventh week and was virtually completed in one day. This involved 10-12 workers who worked tirelessly for about eight hours on the complete replacement of the GAF shingles and the flat roof covering, all totalling 30 squares. The only issue (minor) was that the facia lumber used was not the same as the original. I believe they used rough cut cedar and not pine.I would recommend Diversified. Their quoted price was very close to two others and I selected Diversified based on the sales person "Keven Henker" and a referral by a friend.“

“We just moved into our new house and have had quite a few different vendors do some work for us. When our insurance company told us they wouldn’t cover our roof unless we got a new one, we went searching for a roofer. After online estimates that weren’t accurate and roofers that just disappeared on us.. Patrick at ProGuard came along and saved the day. He has been our favorite person BY FAR to do business with. He was thorough with his initial estimate, on top of being super honest and friendly and patient. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Our tiles came much sooner than expected, and he got everything in line with inspections and permits very fast in order to make it happen. His team was professional, efficient, and cleaned up their work everyday. We had just had new pavers put in and because of the paver company busting a sprinkler line that we were unaware of, a few pavers fell through during the roof installation. Patrick actually pulled them up to investigate the issue and help us out. I wish he could fix everything in our house! Thank you Patrick and your team.“
