“Diversified Roofing completed the job without any key issues. Following the signing of the contract work commenced in the seventh week and was virtually completed in one day. This involved 10-12 workers who worked tirelessly for about eight hours on the complete replacement of the GAF shingles and the flat roof covering, all totalling 30 squares. The only issue (minor) was that the facia lumber used was not the same as the original. I believe they used rough cut cedar and not pine.
