I could live in this gym. Everything is better than ever. I am a black card member which I highly recommend. The gym patrons are all very well mannered and share. I am so impressed. The bathrooms are clean! Im not kidding!

Truckers: there are a handful of no truck/trailer parking signs in the back.... I was there for about 4 hours working out no problem with about 3 other trucks with trailers being there more then +7 hours no problem...
Besides that, good selection of workout machines and showers/lockers was spacious and well maintained!

This is a great location! Conveniently located just east of 95 in the first shopping plaza, near Aldi, with 2 smoothie places on the other side. On a weekend morning, it was super empty. It is one floor, with a long layout, and most of the machines seem to be near each other in the back, which is convenient, with duplicates of the same machines next to each other, which is also convenient! The bathroom is huge with a ton of lockers. Light from the front of the building still comes in towards the middle of the room. Everything seemed clean and upgraded to me.
