We have used Palms Pool for years. Gabe comes each week and is so pleasant, efficient, professional, timely, talented. He goes the extra mile for us. He truly cares about doing a great job and keeps our pool sparkly, clear and so refreshing to jump into! We feel fortunate to have found a pool company who we can depend on and trust. I cannot say enough good things about Palms Pool Services. They consistently show up and are very professional. The communication with the office has been great! They always make me feel heard. I am grateful that I chose them to take care of my pool. Huge thank you to Peter and his staff!

We also inherited this company through a transfer of ownership. Our service tech, Bruno, was the best but the office staff was so incompetent and unbearable that after 1 1/2 to 2 years we could not stay with the company. We quit their services and four months later started getting threatening emails and phone calls saying we had not paid the last four months. It took awhile to clear up that we had not received any services for those four months. The great pool service was not worth the headaches from the office staff.
