Amazing Experience!I heard about JR emeralds from one of my friends in Florida since I was looking for an engagement ring. I’m more than 2000 miles away from the store and decided to make a call. I was so fortunate that Natalie picked up the phone and helped me since the beginning. I had done some research about emeralds but of course did not become an expert. Absolutely amazing service from us picking our Emerald to the setting .I sore my perfect Emerald on an Instagram reel from there I DM Natalie who replied instantly .
