From the first meeting with Kevin Gunn we knew this was going to be a pleasant experience- his knowledge and experience regarding hurricane windows and doors was exceptional. Once construction began the installation crew headed by Carlo were nothing but a class act- through, detail oriented, polite and professional. With almost 40 windows and doors to install, the work took weeks but throughout the time the crew did everything to make us comfortable and informed. The young girl and her gigantic dog were wonderful. Nice personality and was very informative and actually called me to let me know my glass top was ready. Offered to carry out to my car.
In the process of searching for repair solution to my Andersen door, I came across Gunn's Quality Glass & Mirror in nearby Jupiter, Fla. I drove to their location to see if they could find a critical part for me. I was met by the President, Kevin Gunn who immediately identified the part I needed and with in minutes, produced a replacement part free of charge. What a great experience. They have won me over as a customer for life.
