I had them install a hybrid water heater several years ago. The manual said I needed to replace a sacrificial anode, so I called them back to do the installation. The technician showed up early, said that I did not need to replace the anode, and did not charge me for a service call, which was totally unexpected but very much appreciated.Service: Water heater repair
