Kennard is very professional and knowledgeable of his company and their services, he’s definitely an asset to Elite. I removed one star because he performed a tune up on my unit and never checked my air filter!
Today's visit was smooth and enjoyable. My two A/C guys were able to explain to me exactly what was going on. I appreciate them taking the time to show me also what the situation entailed. Last night, our Google nest thermostat had a message that there was no power being delivered to the thermostat. After a couple of hours of trying to troubleshoot the problem myself, I decided to call Elite. From the moment I called until the moment the technician left, I knew my issue was being handled with care and utmost concern for our comfort. Our technician, Tyler, showed up in time as promised. He was very courteous and professional. He asked if his van was parked in an okay spot, he wore shoe covers upon entering our home, and was nothing but professional and pleasant.
